September 25, 2026 - The puppies are 9 weeks young and are maturing so nicely! They went to the vet today for health checks and all passed with flying colors! They are still on the chubby side, but now that the weather is cooler we have started going outside a bit more. We will check in with group just a few more times and then they will start heading home. The girl will be staying here and the two boys have been placed! What a beautiful group of puppies!
September 1, 2026 - The puppies continue to grow and explore this week. They split their time between their living room playpen and their night pen in the whelp room. They have been introduced to several of the other dogs through the pen. They will make our first trip outside soon!

August 22, 2026 - Sampson x Sakura puppies have grown in the week we’ve been away! (dog show and schooling our older pups in the Midwest!) They are fully weaned and loving their goats milk mash… maybe a little too much! They also moved to a bigger play area where everyone can watch the goings on in the house. Love this little group! They are all amazing!
Aug 7, 2026 - Eyes are open on the the white boy and the girl. The last boy's eyes are just starting to show! Welcome to the world little ones!

August 1 2026 - A video introduction to Kira's litter. Pups are one week and 2 days old. Eyes are not open yet. They have all doubled their weights and are growing fast! Next week we should start to see some eyes opening!
July 23, 2026 - Kira's litter came a few days early but in the morning and afternoon hours. She had an easy whelp with little drama. All the pups were born healthy and of good weights! Good job Kira! Welcome to the world little ones!

We are very excited about this breeding between Sampson and Kira and can not wait to see the the result! We expect conformationally correct smooth to lightly broken coated puppies with outstanding temperaments, exceptional hunting drive, and a pedigree that brings back into play the older, almost gone bloodlines. Can't wait to see this cross!
